Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return process and secure it to your original packaging.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure all bottles are tightly sealed to prevent leaks during transit.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
